Delete your account
You can delete your thatglp account and everything in it at any time — from inside the app, or by asking us here. No hoops, no retention offers.
The fastest way: do it yourself
- Open thatglp and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
That happens immediately. You don't need to contact anyone.
Or ask us to do it
If you can't sign in — lost access to your email, or you're not sure which address you used — fill this in and we'll take care of it. We'll confirm before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login
- Census and quiz answers
- Shot logs, weight check-ins, and symptom entries
- Check-in photos stored on our servers
- Email preferences and reminder history
Progress photos taken in the iOS app were never on our servers — they live only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them, and we never had a copy.
What we keep, and why
Aggregated, de-identified Census statistics stay — things like "the median reported cost is $X". They no longer reference you and can't be traced back to you. We also keep payment records where tax law requires it.
How long it takes
Deleting from inside the app is immediate. A request through this page is completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
One thing to do first
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you bought it — in your Apple Account settings, Google Play subscriptions, or by emailing us if you subscribed on the website — otherwise billing continues.
